Basketball Homecoming 2012

Following a week of festivities, which included spirit days such as Nerd Day, Twin Day and Camoflage Day, Scott City hosted its 2012 Basketball Homecoming game on Friday, February 3rd against the Eagles from East Prairie. Scott City put on a strong performance in dominating the visiting Eagles, running away with the victory by a score of 62-30. The win moves the Rams to 15-6 on the season.

After the game, Scott City held its Homecoming coronation where, after a long drumroll from the audience, Andrea was named Basketball Homecoming Queen. The other Homecoming Queen candidates were Brittany, Erika, and Katie. The freshmen representative was Anna, the sophomore representative was Hailey and the junior representative was Jessica.

Scott City Schools would like to give a big thank you to everyone who made the 2012 Homecoming Week such a success. Congratulations to all Homecoming representatives and candidates, and congratulations to the Scott City Basketball team for a Homecoming night win.
